WHO I WORK WITH:

A space for professionals to explore challenges, reflect on their work, and expand their expertise.

  • Supporting professionals at every stage of their journey — from beginners setting up their practice to experienced therapists navigating complex cases.

  • As a PTSTA-P (ITAA & EATA), I provide supervision and guidance to support your certification, including written and oral exam preparation.

  • Drawing on 15+ years of experience, I offer supervision that combines practical insights in developmental, systemic, and relational work with curiosity about your unique perspective.

  • Supervision that empowers educational teams and leaders to shape curriculum, strengthen teaching strategies, and lead best practices with clarity and confidence.

  • Supervision that empowers teachers and trainers to strengthen their facilitation presence, clarify their professional voice, and bring teaching philosophies confidently into practice.

  • Consultation and supervision that empower institutes and training programs to assess their structure, strengthen adult learning (andragogy), and take agency in shaping meaningful educational processes.

  • From coaches and wellbeing advocates to nurses and allied professionals, supervision supports your practice, growth, and confidence in promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing.

What Supervision Offers You

  • Empowerment & Clarity:

Gain clarity in decision-making, strengthen your professional voice, and feel empowered in your practice.

  • Integration of Knowledge & Intuition:

Blend theory, experience, and personal insight for deeper understanding.

  • Reflective Space:

A safe and supportive environment to explore your clinical and professional work.

  • Ethical, Structured, and Relational Supervision

Guidance grounded in professional standards and relational awareness.

  • Educational Empowerment:

For educators and training professionals, supervision supports curriculum development, teaching philosophy implementation, and effective facilitation.

  • Professional Development & Growth:

Opportunities to strengthen skills, expand perspectives, and enhance confidence.

My Approach to Supervision:

Creativity +Structure= Reflective space for proffesional growth

Logical “Left Brain” Structure
Rooted in Transactional Analysis and inspired by leading supervision experts, we focus on:

  • Case conceptualization: understanding and formulating working hypothesis

  • Techniques tailored to your style and your clients’ needs

  • Educational/Clinical structure and organization

  • Contracting and ethical considerations

  • Educational and organizational aspects to support your professional development

Creative “Right Brain” Exploration
Structure alone is not enough.

Creativity and intuition allow us to move beyond content into the deeper layers of your experience.

Using projective techniques adapted for supervision, we explore emotional undercurrents, somatic signals, and parallel processes—encouraging profound self-reflection and a deeper connection with your inner wisdom.

Supervision Is the place Where Knowledge Meets Intuition

What You Can Expect

Creative Curiosity: Opportunities to shift perspective, find new meaning, and explore from fresh angles.

A Reflective Space that honors both your client relationships and your internal experience.

Integration of Process & Content: Attention to both how you do your work and what you're working with.

Safety and Trust: A respectful atmosphere free of shame, where vulnerability is welcome and boundaries are honored.

Reflections from Supervisees

What I truly value about Alina is her creativity. She brings projective exercises and creative visualizations into supervision that shift my perspective. Suddenly, challenges feel lighter, and I can reconnect with my true professional self.
