Hi, I’m Alina from The heart of practice

This space grew from two converging paths.

One is shaped by more than fifteen years of clinical work as an internationally certified psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis, alongside my roles as a PTSTA-P (Provisional Trainer and Supervisor), certified educator, and pedagogist. Years of learning, teaching, supervising, and being supervised — across cultures, settings, and stages of professional growth.

The other path began with a pause.
After burnout, I was invited — and forced — to look more closely at what truly sustains practice. Beyond methods, roles, and credentials, I began to ask what lies at the core of the work, and what allows it to remain alive, ethical, and humane over time.

The Heart of Practice is where these two paths meet.

The Heart of Practice is a place where professional experience and lived reflection meet. It offers a thoughtful, grounded exploration of practice for therapists in formation, colleagues in supervision, and clients who are curious about the values and intentions that guide the work.

Work with me

My offerings:

  • Are you a psychotherapist or coach seeking clarity within the complexity of your work?
Individual or Group Supervision offers a reflective space to think together, stay grounded, and find your way through uncertainty.

  • A reflective space for educators and educational leaders
to think clearly, navigate complexity, and lead with purpose.

  • Training and workshops designed as spaces for learning, reflection, and exchange, where theory is rooted in lived practice and professional experience is welcomed into dialogue.

  • f you are seeking a space to pause and make sense of what feels difficult or unclear, therapy is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and care, in a professional relationship that holds depth, presence, and respect for your lived experience.

  • For expats and anyone interested in personal growth, these groups offer guided reflection, dialogue, and self-exploration. Check the latest schedule for upcoming sessions.

If you find yourself here, you may be standing at a point of growth — curious, questioning, or ready to deepen something in your work or learning.

My practice lives at the growing edge of two fields: psychotherapy and education.

Education, at its core, is about empowerment — about making sense, building capacity, and supporting autonomy. Psychotherapy, in contrast, asks for depth: a willingness to stay with complexity, emotion, and change that unfolds at its own pace. In my work, these two ways of understanding growth are in constant dialogue.

The offerings you will find here emerge from that dialogue. They are shaped by clinical practice, teaching, supervision, and lived experience, and are held with care for both structure and depth. Whether you come as a trainee, a supervisee, or someone seeking therapeutic work, these offerings are designed to meet you at your own growing edge.
